Happy Weekend! I want to share this great resource with you. We use Easy Peasy All-in-One Homeschool for our curriculum and I cannot tell you enough how much we love it! I created this planning chart to organize us each week. My older two children often double up on some subjects during the week, and they love to know ahead of time which days they have Music, Art, and P.E. This printable planning chart gives them (and me) an outlook of their week in one place.
I don't fill it up with a lot of details. I keep it simple with short instructions, such as "Do Days 98 & 99" in Monday's English box, and I may have "P.E." in Thursday's Program Year box so they know that in addition to the regular Bible, Science, and History (Program Year) lessons they will also have P.E. that day.
You can laminate this printable chart or slip it into a sheet protector. Then use skinny dry erase markers to fill in the chart. It's a great way to keep the kids in the know on what they are to do, so that I don't have to jump over as soon as they finish an assignment and remind them to complete the next day's lesson and assignment for that subject before they get started on the next subject. I don't want to make them jump back and forth, or interrupt them in the middle of learning. Having the planning chart laminated, or in a sheet protector, makes it not only reusable, but should we have to adjust something on the chart, all I have to do is erase and replace the information.

Enjoy and Happy Homeschooling!
